In addition, due to the vibration problem in the process of billet transportation, we designed a shock-proof marker pen to ensure marking accuracy and reduce the impact of vibration on the robot. 摘要

在工业坯料铸造中,坯料表面不可避免地会出现裂纹。为了标记裂纹,方便后续的磨削工作,我公司设计了一套钢坯裂纹自动标记机器人。根据我们的设计,机器人将荧光磁粉液探伤与钢坯的三维重建相结合,精确地标记出裂纹,可以取代目前工厂使用的人工标记方案。另外,针对钢坯运输过程中存在的振动问题,我们设计了防震打标笔,保证打标精度,减少振动对机器人的影响。结果表明,该机器人可以在无人监督的情况下完成自动打标工作。
