The recent update of the ISO 5001:2018 standard, allows to set the focus on an energy management system based on continuous improvement, which allows changing not only business realities, but also environmental. This work addresses the analysis of the energy baseline of a textile company, which indicates that there is no adequate correlation between energy consumption and production.
