This study suggests a way to track the progress of rehabilitation using live video streaming. We suggest using a camera that could move and zoom, which was a Pan Tilt Zoom (PTZ) camera. The purpose of using the PTZ camera is to give the doctor an advantage on monitoring their patient rehabilitation movement. By using the camera, doctors can analyze in more detail live or by seeing a record of the session and the patient can move more freely as the doctor can see the patient from a wider angle. The camera used was from Hikvision, and the computer we used had an installed software called webcomponentkit.exe. The outcome of this study was a website that helps in remote rehabilitation using a special camera that can be controlled and moved. Tests carried out on the information system include testing the system implementation environment, black box testing, QoS parameters, video recording memory, simulation of the use of FES and exoskeleton, and user experience testing.
