We are experiencing climate change and have to manage and mitigate the effect of the scarcity of water resources. This does not only affect farmers or growers and ranchers but all of us because the water shortage translates into a reduction in crops. The dissociation between public health policies and climate action, which results in millions of avoidable adverse outcomes and deaths every year is worrying. But maybe something is moving: the Ministry's Ecological Transition Plan proposal published in August 2021 for the first time reports the health benefits of climate action and calls for a health approach in all policies. The importance of soil remediation from toxic substances still highlights the difficulty and complexity of the problem, but also the importance for human health of adequate remediation and control systems. The presence of green spaces in schools and urban areas is confirmed as a winning choice for the children’s health as the indications not using electronic devices in the first 1000 days. This issue summarizes the main articles published in the monitored journals, which allows us to deepen these issues. All articles and editorials deemed worthy of attention are listed divided by topic, with a concise comment.
