摘要
本研究问题的提法为:工作设施、纪律和监督如何影响丹戎巴莱Dinas Perikanan Kota Tanjungbalai的员工绩效。本研究旨在确定工作设施、纪律和监督对员工绩效的影响。采用全抽样技术，本研究的样本为41人。结果表明:工作设施对员工绩效有部分正向影响;纪律对员工绩效有部分正向影响;部分监督对员工绩效有正向影响;工作设施、纪律和监督对员工绩效有显著的正向影响。
PENGARUH FASILITAS KERJA, KEDISIPLINAN DAN PENGAWASAN TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI DINAS PERIKANAN KOTA TANJUNGBALAI
