Fuel cell is a promising solution but challenges remain significant in order to deploy it widely. This paper presents a hybrid electric bus control strategy that involve a Fuel Cell and a Battery as electric energy sources. The fuel cell provides the energy while the batteries are providing peak power to the vehicle. Simcenter Amesim platform is used to simulate the complete system for WLTC driving cycles.
