摘要

可可(Theobroma cocoa L.)具有与内生微生物共生的潜力。这些微生物与寄主植物共生共生。内生菌群能产生抗生素、抗癌、抗真菌、抗病毒、挥发性化合物,甚至杀虫剂,而内生真菌是一种生物防治剂。本研究旨在从苏拉威西岛上等可可(T. cacao L.)中分离和鉴定可能作为内生微生物的细菌和真菌。本研究采用描述性方法对具有内生微生物潜力的细菌和真菌进行鉴定,结果发现2株细菌分离物形态不同,1株真菌分离物疑似曲霉属。
