The informants in this study were 7 resource persons, namely 1 Madrasah Principal, 1 Deputy Head of Madrasah, 2 teachers, and 3 students of MTs N 3 Magelang. Data analysis is to follow the path stated by Miles and Huberman in Sugiyono (2010:124) that data analysis consists of three streams of activities that occur simultaneously, namely data reduction, data exposure/presentation and drawing conclusions. 摘要

本研究采用描述性定性方法。本研究的调查对象为7名资源人员,分别为1名伊斯兰学校校长、1名副校长、2名教师和3名马格朗中学的学生。数据分析是遵循Miles和Huberman在Sugiyono(2010:124)中所述的路径,即数据分析由三种同时发生的活动流组成,即数据减少,数据暴露/呈现和得出结论。因此,在2021/2022学年,内格里3马格朗中学为提高教师主动学习能力所做的努力包括:(a)通过规划课堂管理、规划组织材料、规划主动教与学活动的管理来改善学习计划计划(b)通过教师的努力改善教与学活动(学习过程)。建议提高资讯科技技能,并根据学习目标(c)进一步提高在教与学活动中进行评估的能力,以改善对学习的评价/评估。
