At present, studies have shown that various signaling pathways play a crucial role in the osteogenic differentiation of periodontal stem cells, but the mechanisms involved in the regulation of osteogenic differentiation of periodontal stem cells are still in the early stage of research. Therefore, it is necessary to investigate the interrelationship and regulation of these pathways in the osteogenic differentiation of periodontal stem cells, cell signaling and new bone formation, in order to further reveal their molecular biological mechanisms. 摘要

牙周韧带干细胞(Periodontal ligament stem cells, PDLSCs)是来源于牙周组织的间充质干细胞,具有自我更新和多向分化的潜能,是牙周组织修复的重要细胞群。目前已有研究表明,多种信号通路在牙周干细胞成骨分化过程中发挥着至关重要的作用,但对牙周干细胞成骨分化的调控机制尚处于早期研究阶段。因此,有必要研究这些通路在牙周干细胞成骨分化、细胞信号传导和新生骨形成中的相互关系和调控,以进一步揭示其分子生物学机制。本文就Notch信号通路、Wnt信号通路、NF-κB (nuclear factor-kappa B)信号通路和MARK信号通路对牙周干细胞成骨分化的调控研究进行综述,为临床针对这些信号通路治疗牙周骨缺损提供理论依据。
