The determination, allocation and use of these financial resources follows a different procedure within the Ministry of the Environment and Sustainable Development (including the Forestry Administration) and the Ministry of Economy and Finance. The objective of this study is therefore to analyze the procedures of the management of these financial resources in order to know how they contribute to the sustainability of this sector.
