The transformation techniques are namely: Discrete Cosine Transform, Discrete Wavelet Transform, Integer Wavelet Transform and Principal Component Analysis. These transformations are applied to magnetic resonance image (MRI) and computed tomography image (CT). These modalities provide the reviewing of the anatomical cross sections and physiological states of patient.
