摘要

本文介绍了电流模式下具有任意传递特性的有源RC电路。所给出的电路是基于多回路反馈结构,即具有输出求和的跟先反馈结构。采用信号流图技术建模,对电流模式下的结构进行修改和变换。给出了多输出差分输入变换器(CDTA)的实现方法。给出了验证和说明。所设计的电路已在PSpice和SNAP中进行了模拟,得到的响应证实了理论假设。

Realization of arbitrary transfer current characteristic using transconductors CDTA
