A Takagi-Sugeno fuzzy model is adopted for the nonlinear system and the discretized models of the analog and digital closed-loop system with fuzzy dynamic output-feedback controllers, respectively. Sufficient conditions are derived for both the stabilization of the digital closed-loop system and minimization of the matrix norm distance between the analog and digital closed-loop system matrices. Its sufficient conditions are formulated in terms of linear matrix inequalities.
