The research method used is qualitative descriptive research. 摘要

本研究的目的是:1)分析在线学习中学习成果的评估阶段,2)描述教师在评估参与者在线学习成果时面临的障碍,3)了解教师在优化在线学习中学习者学习成果评估方面所做的努力。本研究采用定性描述性研究方法。研究结果表明:1)学习成果的评估阶段包括计划、实施和跟踪;2)学生学习成果评估的制约因素,即教师对学习者客观性的评估能力较弱,受到网络和技术的制约,需要教师、学生和家长在开展在线学习时进行合作。3)教师所做的努力是梳理KI和KD,学习目标,结合学生的情况进行有意义的评估,进行家访,接触家长,奖励学生的努力和取得的成果
