Innovative approach to the organization of the long-distance communication system and control of underwater robotic systems for monitoring the ecological state of the waters of the Northern Sea Route
The process of conducting a study of the ecological situation of the aquatic environment using underwater robotic complexes equipped with special search systems, including television cameras, also allows you to obtain information about the state of the seabed for the presence of foreign and dangerous objects, their identification, in parallel using the elements of mapping the seabed relief in order to provide the control center and coordinate the necessary data. Since the Arctic zone of Russia, in particular, the Northern Sea Route has a length of thousands of kilometers, the problem of transmitting control signals and exchanging information data is quite urgent today. As an alternative to an expensive satellite constellation, it is proposed to use a relatively simple and cheap meteor radio communication network. Ultrashort meteor radio communication is one of the most economically feasible and statistically stable telecommunications in the North of Russia. To ensure its normal functioning, it is necessary not only theoretical, but also practical comprehensively tested development of new innovative technologies. The article presents not only the potential capabilities of the meteor communication network, but also the feasibility of its use in the Arctic regions, shows the validity and readiness for the development and integration of these innovations in the technology of information telecommunications of the Northern Sea Route.
