摘要

本研究采用定性描述分析方法和定量描述分析方法。研究对象为私立职业学校培马当仙达市的准备工作,样本为187人。本研究的数据分析方法为效度、信度、正态性、多元线性回归和简单线性回归分析、相关系数分析、决定系数分析和假设检验(F检验和t检验)。结果表明:1)回归分析结果显示,21世纪胜任力和混合式学习对幸福感存在同时和部分正向影响,幸福感与学习成就存在正向影响。2)相关分析和决定结果显示,21世纪胜任力与混合式学习与幸福感学生之间存在显著的正相关关系,幸福感学生与创业学习成绩之间存在显著的正相关关系。3)同时测试结果显示FH 0测试被拒绝,说明21世纪能力和混合式学习对学生幸福感有显著的正向影响。4)部分检验结果显示,t H 0检验结果被拒绝,说明21世纪胜任力和混合式学习对部分幸福感学生有显著影响;t H 0检验结果被拒绝,说明幸福感学生对部分创业学习成果有显著影响
