摘要
目的-本研究旨在确定工作能力和培训对苏邦PT. Sari Ater酒店及度假村员工绩效的影响。设计/方法/方法-本研究采用描述性方法和解释性调查方法。员工分析小组由62名经历过培训的员工组成。使用问卷收集数据。研究结果表明:工作能力属于“足够好”类别,教练属于“有效”类别;原创性/价值-本研究的差异在于对象研究,时间研究,测量工具,使用的文献,使用的理论和研究结果
