摘要

如何有效控制医疗领域的数据访问权限,实现医院间数据的安全共享,是中国医疗信息标准化面临的重要挑战。本文利用区块链的去中心化、抗篡改和可追溯性,提出了一种数据访问和安全共享模型。系统采用基于属性的加密技术,保证了信息的真实性,解决了传统医疗领域存在的信息不对称、信息查询困难、责任人定位困难、信息无法追溯等问题。

Medical Information Storage Model Based on Block Chain
