摘要
本研究的问题表述为:培训、组织氛围和工作环境对丹戎巴莱Dinas Kesehatan Kota Tanjungbalai工作绩效的影响。本研究旨在确定培训、组织氛围和工作环境对员工工作绩效的影响。采用总抽样法，本研究的样本为48人。结果表明:部分培训对员工工作绩效有正向影响(4,828);组织氛围对员工工作绩效有部分正向影响(3.467);工作环境对员工工作绩效有部分正向影响(3311);培训、组织氛围和工作环境同时对员工工作绩效产生正向显著影响(37.865)。
