摘要

作者研究了游客体验质量对游客在包土泉景区忠诚度的影响,并对济南市包土泉景区的游客和部分网民进行了问卷调查。采用SPSS 24软件对所得数据进行多元线性统计回归处理。研究结果表明:(1)旅游环境体验质量对忠诚度有显著的正向影响。(2)旅游设施体验质量对忠诚度有显著的正向影响。(3)旅游服务体验质量对忠诚度有显著的正向影响。(4)对忠诚度影响最显著的是旅游服务体验质量,其次是旅游设施体验质量,最小的是旅游环境体验质量。
