Therefore, research needs to be aimed at finding out the network in the shallot supply chain from the Cirebon production center to the consumption center in Jakarta and analyzing the risk in the chain. Respondents used were experts consisting of government representatives, academic representatives, and practitioners, namely the supply chain actors themselves.
