Based on the analysis, it is emphasized that modern changes in the structure of employment are caused by a symbiosis of two factors: the spread of new non-standard forms of employment and models of working time and global digitalization of all spheres of socio-economic activity. Main trends in the field of employment, which are complex in nature, have been identified. In accordance with results of the research, a model of employment transformation under the influence of modern tendencies is built, within the framework of which special attention is paid to the peculiarities of the development of non-standard forms of employment. In order to assess the impact of modern transformational changes in employment and opportunities for national enterprises to adapt to these changes, the potential of Ukraine is analyzed by a system of indicators for assessing the competitiveness of human and social capital in the context of main parameters of modern innovation environment. An assessment of the relationship between the dynamics of main indicators of the banking sector and the level of employment in it by groups of banks, which determined that the causes of qualitative and quantitative changes in employment structure of banking institutions were quarantine measures caused by the COVID-19 pandemic and digitalization. The impact of digitalization and the spread of non-standard forms of employment have led to imbalances in the structure of labor and occupations, loss of much human capital, but made it possible to save the banking system from economic processes caused by the crisis and its social capital. 摘要

本文定义了就业转型过程的本质,描述了当前与经济社会经济和创新技术发展相关的趋势,以及它们对就业、组织人力和社会资本的影响。在分析的基础上,强调就业结构的现代变化是由两个因素的共生引起的:新的非标准就业形式和工作时间模式的传播以及社会经济活动所有领域的全球数字化。已经确定了就业领域的主要趋势,这些趋势性质复杂。根据研究结果,建立了现代趋势影响下的就业转型模型,在此框架内特别关注非标准就业形式发展的特殊性。为了评估现代转型变化对就业的影响以及国家企业适应这些变化的机会,乌克兰的潜力通过评估现代创新环境主要参数背景下人力和社会资本竞争力的指标系统进行了分析。对银行集团银行业主要指标动态与就业水平之间的关系进行评估,确定银行机构就业结构发生质和量变化的原因是COVID-19大流行和数字化导致的隔离措施。数字化的影响和非标准就业形式的蔓延导致了劳动力和职业结构的不平衡,大量人力资本的流失,但却使银行体系得以从危机及其社会资本造成的经济进程中拯救出来。根据银行部门就业的转型变化发展人力和社会资本的前景,包括调动现代知识、技能、发展专业技能和其他组成部分,这些组成部分体现了现代银行对专业要求的遵守程度。
