摘要

为了探讨中小学教师组织公平感与教师失范行为之间的关系以及心理契约违约的中介作用,本研究采用问卷调查的方式对350名中小学教师进行了调查。结果表明:(1)教师组织公平感负向预测其心理契约违约和失范行为;(2)教师心理契约违约正向预测其失范行为;(3)心理契约违约在组织公平感与教师失范行为之间起完全中介作用。结论:教师心理契约违约在组织公平感与失范行为之间起中介作用。
