Research on the Functional Requirements of Key Business Modules of Digital Distribution Network Based on the Whole Life Cycle of Assets

With the gradual development of digital distribution grids, the standardised management of digital distribution grids is becoming increasingly important. This paper firstly introduces the definition of digital distribution grids as a way to illustrate the necessity of implementing total lifecycle management. On the basis of the connotation and technical characteristics of digital distribution networks, the path and initiatives for implementing whole life cycle management are further elaborated, focusing on the functional requirements of each key business module of the whole life cycle, including the whole process from planning and design to decommissioning and end-of-life. Finally, the importance of the harmonised coding process in the full lifecycle of assets is emphasised.
