Currently, the industry shows a slower increase in productivity, despite the introduction of new innovative technologies. Industry is slowly moving into the background, and the service sector, which represents the largest part of all modern and advanced economies, is growing. On the basis of the facts above, the fourth industrial revolution is gradually coming in the limelight. The essence of Industry 4.0 is not a new technological invention, but a deep systemic change in the production process, the main task of which is to make production processes more efficient, transparent and more deeply connected. This systemic change will occur through the gradual implementation of innovative digital technologies, which will improve communication, asset identification, the use of intelligent robots, data collection and the use of artificial intelligence. All sectors respond to the mentioned concept, not excluding the construction sector. Many innovative technologies are gradually being implemented in the individual processes of the life cycle of buildings to an increasing extent, and at the same time, pressurize on educational and research institutions. The main aim of the article is to propose and identify the parameter structure in the newly developed DETAILER application, which contains graphic templates with selected non-graphical information.
