This microstrip patch has various shapes to design. This paper deals with the design of circular patches because of a low-profile volume. The circular patch antenna is designed in the THz frequency with the different substrates for high-speed transmission and better efficiency. The selection of different substrates is based on the value of the dielectric constant of that material. The circular patch antenna showed an efficient antenna with low return loss. CST (Computer simulation technology) software is used to design the microstrip patch antenna.
