Network Analyzer Calibration Without Impedance Standards
This paper presents an alternative method for network analyzer calibration which shows three advantages: It avoids de-embedding the device under test, it does not need any impedance standard, and it allows characterizing an unknown two-port behind an arbitrary number of cascaded two-ports. It is thus directly applicable to planar circuits and to MICs.
