A dynamic simulation model of urban spatial structure evolution is presented in this paper. The model is characterized in terms of New Towns' endogenous, besides this, urban spatial evolution dynamics depends on the form of the urban market potential, which is described by the behaviors of urban consumers and producers. Both New Towns' growth and decline are related with the location benefits. Furthermore, through sensitivity analysis of key parameters on numerical simulation platform, the paper realizes the USS evolution and New Towns' development simulation from a bottom-up view. 摘要

本文对城市空间结构与新城的形成与发展进行了系统的理论研究。提出了城市空间结构演变的动态模拟模型。该模型的特征在于新城的内生性,同时城市空间演化的动力取决于城市市场潜力的形式,而城市市场潜力则由城市消费者和生产者的行为来描述。新城的兴衰都与区位效益有关。此外,通过数值模拟平台上关键参数的敏感性分析,实现了自下而上的USS演化与新城发展模拟。通过建模-仿真方法得到的结果为我们在新城开发和城市规划过程中优化政策和制度安排,实现优化管理提供了技术支持。
