This study aimed to determine the effect of service quality and turnaround time on patient trust. This research is a quantitative study with a cross sectional approach. The research location was at Mardi Waluyo Hospital, Blitar City, with an outpatients as the study sample. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire which was then analyzed using SPSS. The results of linear regression test indicated there was a positive and significant impact on service quality (0,00<0,05) of turnaround time. Quality of service and turnaround time have a positive and significant effect (0,03 < 0,05). However, the completion time with the patient's trust does not have a positive and significant effect (0,19>0,05). Quality of service has a positive and significant effect on patient trust (0,00<0,05). 摘要

医院是提供医疗服务的机构,医疗质量决定着患者的满意度,而满意度又影响着患者对医疗机构的信任。本研究旨在探讨服务质素及周转时间对病人信任的影响。本研究采用横断面方法进行定量研究。研究地点在Blitar市Mardi Waluyo医院,以门诊患者为研究样本。数据收集采用问卷调查,然后使用SPSS进行分析。线性回归检验结果表明,对服务质量有显著的正向影响(0,05)。服务质量对患者信任有显著正向影响(0,00<0,05)。本研究的结论显示,布利塔市Mardi Waluyo医院的服务质量影响患者的信任。
