摘要

本文客观阐述了巴拉纳库里蒂巴市智障人士休闲时间/空间实践的可达性概念。本研究采用定性方法,通过2013年至2016年间对库里蒂巴市政厅的06名管理人员进行半结构化访谈,分析市政厅网站上的传播材料和信息,收集数据。这项分析指出,智障人士在市政厅获得他们的权利和公共休闲服务时面临许多障碍。显然,要克服这种“形成化”的障碍,除了对智障人士有敏感的人性看法外,还需要持续的专业资格和对智障人士的科学知识,从而有效地执行为智障人士服务的公共政策法律和实践。
