摘要

本文提出了一种新的双填充因子介电常数测量标定方法。采用这种校准方法,不需要对小样本的体积进行测量,不仅消除了样品体积的测量误差,而且简化了测量程序。为了提高测量精度,采用游标法、谐振曲线面积法和洛伦兹拟合法对测量的谐振曲线数据进行处理,得到准确的谐振频率和品质因子。最后,通过对一个液体样品的介电常数测量结果验证了该方法的准确性。
