RESPONSIBILITY FOR VIOLATION OF THE PROCEDURE FOR CONSIDERATION OF CITIZENS' APPEALS

The article discusses the issues of the measure of punishment of the authorities in case of non-fulfillment of the appeal. The authors emphasize that the articles of regulatory legal acts provide for liability without specifying and referring to possible measures of influence for officials who have committed a violation. In addition, an example from judicial practice is given to understand that employees of internal affairs bodies, unlike other officials, if the procedure for considering citizens' appeals is violated, bear disciplinary responsibility, not administrative.
