A Nova BNCC e a Organização por Áreas do Conhecimento: Desafios ao Desenvolvimento Profissional do(a) Coordenador(a) Pedagógico(a)

O(a) coordenador(a) pedagógico(a) é o(a) profissional que atua nas escolas da Educação Básica, principalmente no que diz respeito à promoção da formação de professores(as), acompanhamento de planejamentos de aula, organização do Projeto Político Pedagógico (PPP), entre outros aspectos. Logo, aponta-se a necessidade de um preparo ao desempenhar essa função. Sendo assim, defendemos a necessidade de ações voltadas ao Desenvolvimento Profissional Docente (DPD) dos(as) coordenadores(as) pedagógicos(as), visto que na literatura há poucas publicações sobre esta temática. Esta pesquisa é de natureza qualitativa e visa investigar o que as publicações estão discutindo sobre os impactos do novo Ensino Médio no trabalho da coordenação pedagógica e os desafios em seu desenvolvimento profissional. Por meio de um levantamento bibliográfico nas Plataformas Periódicos da CAPES e da SciELO, dos trabalhos encontrados, foram selecionadas 5 publicações que tinham mais relação com este estudo e pudemos traçar um caminho entre o DPD da coordenação pedagógica, bem como identificar o contexto de implementação do Novo Ensino Médio, na Base Nacional Comum Curricular do Ensino Médio (BNCCEM), e os possíveis desafios a serem enfrentados. Portanto, é preciso refletir que há interesses políticos e ideológicos na nova organização no Ensino Médio e que o novo Ensino Médio trará desafios aos coordenadores(as) pedagógicos(as), tais como o planejamento docente por áreas do conhecimento e a reestruturação do PPP com a comunidade escolar. AbstractThe educational coordinator is a professional who works in Basic Education schools, especially when it comes to promoting teacher education, monitoring class planning, and organizing the Political Pedagogical Project (PPP), among other aspects. Therefore, the need for preparation in performing this function is pointed out. Thus, we defend the need for actions aimed at the Teaching Professional Development (TPD) of the pedagogical coordinators, since there are few publications on this theme in the literature. This research is qualitative in nature and aims to investigate what the publications are discussing about the impacts of the new High School on the work of the pedagogical coordinator and the challenges in their professional development. Utilizing a bibliographic survey on the CAPES and SciELO Periodicals Platforms, of the works found, 5 publications were selected that were more related to this study and we were able to trace a path between the TPD of the pedagogical coordination, as well as identify the context of the implementation of the New High School, in the Common National Curricular Base for High School (BNCCEM), and the possible challenges to be faced. Therefore, it is necessary to reflect that there are political and ideological interests in the new High School organization and that the new High School will bring challenges to the pedagogical coordinators, such as teacher planning by knowledge areas and the restructuring of the PPP with the school community.
