Engineers proficient in handling those older type circuit breakers are now coming of age and retiring from the maintenance works. Under these circumstances, it is urgent to recruit young engineers to be able to handle those old type circuit breakers. A portable type interactive voice recognition system making data input direct has been proved to be also very useful for instruction and training.
