Hence, this study has examined how the demographic factors of employees in this industry affect the engagement level of employees in the context of Bangladesh. Following the multistage sampling method, data was collected from 280 employees working in this industry and analyzed accordingly with the application statistical tool ANOVA and independent t-test. The results of the analysis indicate that the demographic factors of employees have an influence on employee engagement in the workplace at different levels. The managerial implication of this study is that the employers of the RMG industry will now know that the work engagement of employees is predicted by demographic factors of employees. 摘要

作为一个劳动密集型、人机集成的制造业,员工敬业度的高低是一个值得关注的问题,在很大程度上对雇主和员工都产生了长期的不利影响。因此,本研究考察了该行业员工的人口因素如何影响孟加拉国背景下员工的敬业度水平。采用多阶段抽样方法,对该行业280名员工进行数据采集,应用统计工具方差分析和独立t检验进行分析。分析结果表明,员工的人口学因素对工作场所员工敬业度有不同程度的影响。本研究的管理含义是,RMG行业的雇主现在将知道员工的工作投入是由员工的人口统计因素预测的。因此,本研究将帮助该行业制定正确的政策和程序,以坚持符合员工人口统计因素的可持续水平的员工敬业度。
