发动机的电控单元(ECU)不仅可以对发动机进行控制,还可以通过DSM (diagnostic System Management)模块对发动机的工作状态进行监测,诊断发动机的故障,生成并保存故障代码。本文介绍了一种基于DSM和移动云的远程发动机健康管理系统,该系统可以将发动机的实时工况和故障代码采集到大数据云平台。通过对这些大数据的分析和处理,可以帮助客户及时了解发动机的健康状况,对故障进行预防,提高发动机的可用性。同时,它可以帮助制造商提高新产品的性能和质量。
A Remote Engine Health Management System Based on Mobile Cloud Computing
