It is soluble in water when the ratio of hydroxyl in EVOH and 1,3-propane sultone is less than 2.5 and insoluble in water when the ratio is more than 2.5. The EVOH-SO/sub 3/K membrane is prepared by electrospinning and the electrode-formation characteristic of the membrane is studied. It is proved that there is electro-deformation on EVOH-SO/sub 3/K film under the electric strength of 156-128 V/mm.
