摘要

斑点识别在芯片信息分析过程中具有重要意义。本文根据微阵列图像识别的特点,提出了一种基于可变形模板技术的斑点自动识别方法。基于点阵构造了可变形模板模型。模板的移动、旋转和缩放由几个参数表示。定义能量函数,利用遗传算法搜索能量函数的最优解,得到最佳模板匹配。实验结果表明,该方法能有效、准确地匹配斑点。

The preliminary study on microarray automatic spot identification method
