In the secondpart of the research, high school headmaster and teachers, who wereinterviewed, participated in the research.Asa result of the research, it was concluded that teachers are mostly satisfiedwith the chosen profession. Analysis of the identified correlations showed thatthere is a significant correlation between school management and teacher jobsatisfaction and between several levels of interpersonal relationships andvarious aspects of quality of education. 摘要
