在人工智能背景下,企业的内外部环境发生了巨大变化,市场环境呈现出动态性、复杂性和竞争性的特征,组织结构发生了变化,团队合作日益成为企业常见的工作模式。团队创造力是产生新颖有用想法的重要能力,是组织创新和竞争优势的重要来源。领导风格与团队创造力的关系一直是组织行为学领域的研究热点。如何激发团队创造力仍然是企业创新发展中亟待解决的重要问题。本文以科技型企业研发团队为研究对象,以“投入-过程-产出”(I-P-O,简称投入-加工-产出)为分析范式,以领导授权行为为前因变量,团队互动过程为中介变量,团队创造力为结果变量。本文提出了“领导授权行为-团队互动过程-团队创造力”的传递路径,并验证了团队互动过程在领导授权行为与团队创造力之间的中介作用。
