摘要:全纳教育的概念、政策与实施。本研究旨在探讨全纳教育的理念与政策,在实现教育品质的实践中,是否符合全纳教育的理念与政策。全纳教育是为每个公民提供受教育的机会,包括那些有特殊需要的人。全纳教育必须管理好,使政策和实施与基本理念相一致。本研究采用文献回顾法和实证法相结合的描述性分析方法。以及通过观察包容性学校组织者来进行实地案例研究,以经验方式查看数据。研究结果从学校层面的全纳教育问题来看,包括:理解与实施、学校政策、学习过程、教师条件和支持系统。
