摘要

现代学徒制是中国在校企合作相关法律不完善的情况下，实质性推进校企合作教育的重要举措。本文以发达国家学徒制的基本模式为基础，从校企合作育人、教学标准部分、双师队伍建设、制定生工一体化制度五个方面详细分析了实现中国特色学徒制的路径。从如何实施校企双主体制度的角度，提出了发展现代学徒制度的一些思考。
