摘要

在教育改革的大背景下,“以人为本”的理念深入人心,使得传统的僵化管理难以满足学生的需求。柔性管理作为一种相对于刚性管理的新型管理模式,重视对学生的引导,激发学生的自我管理和约束意识,具有较强的有效性和可操作性。因此,本文分析了柔性管理的优势,并提出了具体的应用对策,以期全面提高高校教育管理的实际效果。

The practice research of flexible management in college education management
