In many practical situations it is necessary to have a wide range of speeds for the asynchronous motor of electric drives. In order to obtain optimal command and control of the rotor speed, frequency and amplitude modulation factors have to be carefully chosen. A complete analysis is necessary with the aid of the Fourier Transform that can be in many cases too time consuming and computational complex.
