This study aims at determining the understanding and application of employees related to amanah (trustworthiness) as an Islamic organizational culture at University of Muhammadiyah Malang (UMM). This study applies the qualitative method and phenomenological approach. Data collection is carried out through interviews, observation and documentation. Furthermore, the data obtained are processed using qualitative data analysis techniques, namely Data Reduction, Data Presentation, and Drawing Conclusions. The results of this study indicate that employees at UMM have understood and applied amanah value as Islamic organizational culture. 摘要
amanah的价值具有对执行每一项任务和义务负责的意义。本研究旨在确定员工对amanah(诚信)作为伊斯兰组织文化的理解和应用。本研究采用定性方法和现象学方法。数据收集是通过访谈、观察和记录进行的。此外,所获得的数据使用定性数据分析技术进行处理,即数据还原、数据呈现和得出结论。本研究结果表明,UMM的员工已经理解并应用了作为伊斯兰组织文化的amanah价值观。价值的指标包括QS An Nisa诗句135中所述的公平,QS An Nahl诗句91中所述的承诺,QS An Nisa诗句58中所述的可靠,QS Al Hadid诗句9中所述的开放,QS Al Baqarah诗句256中所述的独立,QS Al Qashash诗句26中所述的身心健康,以及QS Al Mudatsir诗句38-39中的责任。
