摘要

概述了北京市城市高速公路可变信息标志的现状,分析了可变信息标志产生效益的原因。首先,建立了VMS评价指标体系。其次,对与标准体系相关的数据采集手段进行了梳理。第三,在智能交通系统评价的基础上,确定了VMS评价的方法为有无方法和成本效益分析。以济门大桥东侧的VMS为例进行了评价。结果表明,VMS对提高交通流率、减少拥堵持续时间和拥堵频次有较好的效果。本文将为北京市VMS的评价提供科学的建议。
