In this paper, an USB controlled data acquisition device, especially suitable for use in both industrial and academic environments, is presented. It is a powerful learning tool, practical, easy to use, and low cost. Unlike other devices, it provides all the information about its inner design, both at hardware and software levels, and can be used without any restrictions as additional teaching material.
