It is practice-oriented and implementation-oriented, and faces the complexity and irreducibility of school education. Although it is not as clear as the traditional curriculum leadership view, it is closer to the real education situation, which has revolutionary inspiration for the transformation of school physical education curriculum management. 摘要

本文旨在探讨基于变革课程领导理念的学校体育课程管理新理念及其对学校体育课程管理的启示。研究发现,变革型课程领导是一种顺应时代潮流、勇于批判和反思的教育理念。它以实践为导向,以实施为导向,面对学校教育的复杂性和不可约性。它虽然不像传统的课程领导观那样清晰,但却更贴近真实的教育情况,对学校体育课程管理的变革具有革命性的启示。其对我国体育课程管理的启示主要包括以下三点:(1)重新提出体育课程领导概念的新定义;(2)结合运动与健康,展现新艺术;(3)将学校体育文化与地方特色相结合,建立和谐的学校公共关系。
