数字设计技术是现代企业产品设计和加工制造业的核心技术。企业迫切需要大量具有数字化能力的创新人才。研究和改革高校设计创新人才培养模式是十分必要的。本文在分析数字化人才培养模式研究意义的基础上，研究了产品数字化设计的内涵，构建了数字化设计创新人才培养模式。此外，本文还针对数字化创新人才的现状，提出了数字化设计创新人才的培养措施。
