Besides that, this study analyzes the effect of quality of human resources, utilization of information technology and motivation on employee performance. This research was conducted with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were employees of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Samarinda Branch with a sample of 36 people who were determined through the saturated sampling method. Data was collected through the distribution of questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is PLS analysis with the help of SmartPLS 3 software. 摘要
